Team work makes the dream work

A bit of a personal blog post from me today.  I am incredibly lucky to have such an amazing team working with me.  Many of you who have worked with us will have had direct contact with Laura, who has worked with us for over 16 years.  Laura is my right-hand person, and deals with many of the day-to-day tasks, speaking to clients, sending out quotations and making sure your files are allocated to the appropriate person to meet your required deadline.  She knows the team inside out and always makes the best choice when assigning files to ensure that transcripts are completed to the highest standard.

Then we have Lynn, our quality control lead.  Lynn is responsible, with the help of Vanessa and Claire, for ensuring that the quality of the transcripts meet our, and your, exacting standards.  Lynn’s attention to detail is befitting of her paralegal training.  Our QC team are less front facing than Laura and myself so don’t always get the recognition that they deserve for the work that they do.

And our team of 40 professional transcriptionists makes up the 1st Class family.  Everyone has a specific skillset and knowledgebase that they bring to the work that they undertake on your behalf.  Their experience is second to none and they always go the extra mile to ensure that we exceed your expectations with the quality of the transcripts that we provide.

And in the past month everyone has gone above and beyond to give me time to experience a once in a lifetime trip.  They have taken on additional responsibilities, working closely as a team to ensure that deadlines have continued to be met, quality maintained, data security adhered to, and I was able to take this time safe in the knowledge that 1st Class and its clients were in the best of hands.

And that’s what makes 1st Class so special.  Everyone is invested in the work that we do and always strive to ensure the best experience for our client base.
