We will provide you with a unique login for our client portal and share full instructions on how to upload your data. Your data will be transferred, processed and stored in line with our data protection and privacy policies.
We will screen your files for anything that needs extra attention
This includes anything that requires additional time, for example: low-quality recordings or excessive background noise, or a regional accent best handled by a specific member of our team. We will keep you informed and any changes will be agreed in advance.
